Graduated in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2011.

He has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2015.

His professional activity is mainly focused on civil and commercial law, both in and out of court, with particular reference to contract and corporate law, debt collection, bankruptcy law and enforcement law.

He assists national and international clients in M&A operations, and has experience in banking litigation, financial leasing and data protection
