Graduated in Business Administration studies from Bocconi University in Milan in 1989. A Registered Chartered Accountant since 1994, he is also a Registered Auditor and part of the Civil and Criminal Court’s official List of Technical Consultants since 1999. A partner with the firm from 1999 onwards, working as a business consultant for corporate restructuring and bank debt in both the judicial phase (also in his role as official evaluating consultant of agreement plans with creditors) and out of court; other positions include bankruptcy trustee, judicial receiver, technical adviser of the Civil and Criminal Court, technical consultant of the interested party in matters of banking law, judicial administrator and liquidator, professional delegated to the sale in real estate transactions, and asset appraiser for companies; also carries out statutory audits for several companies, and works with the Ministry of Economic Development in procedures of extraordinary administration and compulsory administrative liquidation. As a recognized public law expert, he helps organize and lectures at conferences about bankruptcy proceedings and banking law.
