Graduated in Law from the University of Pavia in 2001, and has been registered with the Bar in Lodi since 2005. Works mainly in the field of civil and commercial law, both in and out of court, particularly in regards to contract law and corporate law, debt recovery, bankruptcy law and seizure rights. Often involved in leasing and renting, he is also experienced in privacy legislation (Legislative Decree 196/2003), organization and management models required by the Legislative Decree no. 231/01, and legislation pertaining money-laundering.
