Graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2001.

She has been a member of the professional association of Accountants under the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan since 2006; she is also a member of the Auditors’ Association. A partner in the Firm Triberti Colombo & Associates since 2009, she works in in particular on tax and corporate advice. She gained important experience in M&A of financial consortia ex art. 155 par. 4 and art. 107 T.U.B.E.She provides auditing services to companies, cooperatives, associations and foundations.
