Graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in 1989. Was admitted to the Chartered Accountants roster under the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan in 1994; is included in the Register of Auditors, and also registered with the official List of Court Technical Consultants since 1999. Has been a partner with the firm since 2000. Deals primarily with accounting and tax consulting issues, with particular regard to mergers and business evaluation, and taxation disputes. Works as a business consultant for the restructuring and reorganization of companies, both as an advisor and as an expert consultant evaluator in bankruptcy proceedings.
