Graduated with honours from Milan’s Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Economics in July 1984. A Fellow of the Association of Certified Public Accountants under the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan since 1985, and also on the Register of Auditors. One of the founding partners of Triberti Colombo and Associates in 1991, he focuses his work on tax and corporate consulting, business evaluations and special operations, and assistance to nonprofit organizations. Also works in Boards of Arbitration. Statutory auditor and accounting auditor for several corporations and foundations, also a member of the Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, speaker at conferences and lecturer in tax and nonprofit-related issues at University Master degree level. Used to be President of the Non Profit Commission set up by the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan.
