His professional activity mostly involves work in the field of civil and commercial law, in particular contract banking and finance law; also debt collection, bankruptcy laws and rights of seizure, as well as real estate law.
Has wide experience in the finance leasing sector, in operational and rent leasing and is a recognized public law expert in this field.
